Why do I want/need a CRM Integration (Salesforce/HubSpot)?
There are two main uses of a CRM Integration:

Inside IEX Platform, you will be able to pull contact details from your database:

In the Shipment Information, you can look up their name and then their address information will automatically populate.

You can also pull in different tags such as First Name, Company Name, Phone Number of the recipient when creating/editing templates and messages.

The email address will also be used when you are to send the email directly from the portal.

Inside the CRM:

Once a send is created, a note will be added to the contact with the information generated from the portal.

Once a physical gift is delivered or a digital card is claimed, a task will be added to the contact owner to do a follow-up.
