Why can’t I see the bulk sending button?
This article explains how you can request access by contacting your Account Admin or Imprint Engine POC.
If you can't see or find the bulk send icon in your main dashboard, it is likely due to your user role permissions. This feature is only available to users with an Orgganization Admin or Department Admin access.
You may reach out to your Account Admin , Brand Manager (BM) or Imprint Engine (POC), as they are able to edit your User Role in the IEX Portal
