If you can't see or find the bulk send button, it is likely due to your user role permissions. This feature is only available to users with an Org. Admin or Department Admin access. This article explains how you can request access by contacting your Account Admin or Imprint Engine POC.

You may reach out to your Account Admin or Imprint Engine (POC), as they are able to edit your User Role in the IEX Portal.
