What if I don’t know my recipient’s home address? I just have their office address, or no address at all.

We find many companies are still sending their mail regularly to the office, but if you'd like to use our delayed shipping link, this is how to use it:

  1. In the IEX Platform, click on Create Send.

  2. Pick your send and click Continue.

  3. Type in your recipient's First and Last name, then turn on the "Delayed Shipping" function ON.

  4. Select one of the templates or type an email message for your desired recipient. If you want to send the email through the platform, make sure you include the recipient's email in this step. Otherwise, you can skip this step.

  5. Click on Continue and Create your send.

  6. If you didn't include the recipient's email, you can copy the shipping page link and send it directly so he can fill in the missing information. 

  7. After your desired recipient fills in the address, they have to click on Confirm, and it will automatically be updated and sent into a new order. The package will be sent, and you will receive an email notification.


    *NOTE: No package will be sent unless the link is filled out.
