What happens when I check the box to “Skip this step” when writing an email?

The "Skip this step" option gives you direct control over the delivery of your digital gift card or Claim Link. Checking this box prevents the IEX Portal from automatically sending a notification email to your recipient.

This feature is useful when:

• You want to personally deliver the link through a different communication channel, such as a company email, instant message, or another platform.

• You wish to notify the recipient yourself at a specific time.

How to Use This Option

1. On the "Write your email" page, locate and check the box labeled "Skip this step".

2. Click Continue.

3. After creating the send a window will pop showing your digital gift card link or Claim Link. Click the copy button to copy it to your clipboard.

4. You can now paste this link into your own prefered plataform or messaging service to send it directly to the recipient.

Finding Your Links Later

If you need to retrieve a link after completing the order, you can always find it on the Delivery Reports page.
