What happens if a recipient doesn't claim the Digital Gift Card that was sent?

If a recipient does not claim their digital gift card, the redemption link will automatically expire after a set period.

Here is what you can expect:

• Expiration: The link to redeem the gift card automatically expires 21 days after it is sent.

• Refund: Once the link expires, the gift card's full value is refunded to the organization's Digital Wallet.

A gift card is considered unclaimed if the recipient has not clicked the "Get Reward" button to redeem their gift.
