We don’t use Gmail or Outlook, how does the system work?

Our system is fully functional without connecting a personal email account. You have several methods for sending unique links to your recipients.

Option 1: Send Emails Directly from Imprint Engine

Our portal can send campaign emails directly to your recipients.

• How it works: Emails are sent from a trusted @imprintengine.com email address.

• Best for: A quick and simple method that requires no external setup.

Option 2: Send Emails Using Your Own System

You can export a file of unique links to send from any email client or marketing platform you currently use (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).

• How it works:

  1. Download the campaign's CSV file, which contains a unique link for each recipient.

  2. Use this file to send the links, either by copying them into individual emails or by uploading the file to your marketing platform for a bulk send using mail merge.

• Best for: Maintaining your brand's identity and having full control over email content and delivery.

Option 3: Send Emails from Your Address via Integration

For a more personal touch, you can integrate your Gmail or Outlook account. This allows our portal to send emails on your behalf, making them appear more familiar and trustworthy to recipients.

• How it works: After connecting your account, recipients will see the emails coming directly from your name and email address (e.g., you@yourcompany.com).

• Best for: Sending emails that look like they came directly from you or your company, increasing trust and open rates.
