Our system is fully functional without connecting to Gmail or Outlook. You have two primary methods for sending links to your recipients.
1. Let Imprint Engine Send the Emails Our portal can send the emails directly to your recipients for you.

How it works: The emails will be sent from a trusted

Best for: A quick and simple way to send your campaign without any external setup.
2. Send the Emails Yourself You can export a file of unique links to send from any email client or marketing platform you use (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

How it works: Download the campaign's CSV file, which contains a unique link for each recipient. You can then copy/paste these links into individual emails or upload the file to your marketing platform to send in bulk using mail merge.

Best for: Maintaining your own branding and having full control over email delivery.
If you want your emails to look more familiar and trustworthy to recipients integrate your email to send gift emails directly from your personal or company email address.
How it works: By connecting your Gmail or Outlook account, our portal can send emails on your behalf. Recipients will see the email coming from your name and email address (e.g., you@yourcompany.com).
