Resetting Your IEX Portal Password

Follow these simple steps to reset your password and regain access to your IEX Portal account:

1. Navigate to the Login Page: Open your web browser and go to the IEX Portal login page. Look for and click the "Forgot Password?" link, usually located below the login fields.
2. Enter Your Email Address: On the password reset page, you'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your IEX Portal account. Type your email address carefully and click "Continue".
3. Check Your Email Inbox: A password reset link will be sent to your email address from Imprint Engine. Open your email provider (for example, Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and check your Inbox.
   1. Pro Tip: If you don't see the email in your Inbox within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Sometimes, automated emails can end up there.
4. Click the Reset Password Link: Once you locate the email from Imprint Engine, open it and click on the "Reset Password" link within the email body. This link will direct you to a secure page on the IEX Portal.
5. Create Your New Password: A new tab or window will open, prompting you to enter and confirm your new password.
   1. Password Security Tip: For a strong password, we recommend using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using easily guessable information like your name or date of birth.
6. You may then go to the IEX Portal and log in using your new password.
