Here are the steps to reset your password:
1. Go to the IEX Platform login page & click on "Forgot Password?".
2. Enter your email to retrieve the password reset link.
3. Log in to your email provider (Gmail as an example), and check your inbox for an email from Imprint Engine.
Note: If it's not in your Inbox, you may check it in your Junk or Spam folder.
4. Click on the Reset Password Link in the email.
5. It will then open a new tab for you to save your new password.
6. You may then go to the IEX Platform and log in using your new password.
