One link Protection

We are excited to inform you that we have implemented additional security measures to our “One Link” to ensure a seamless and more protected gift redemption process for you and your recipients.

It is now possible to include a Title, Expiration date, Redemption Limit, Password Protection, 2FA ( Two-Factor Authentication) and an email domain restriction (1 or more domains). You can decide if you want to use only one or turn it on all.

Here are the steps to create a “One Link”:

1. Click on “Create One Link Send” on the sidebar or the main page.

2. Create a physical, digital, custome send or pick your gift send as you usually do.

3. In this section, you can turn on the next configurations:

  • Title name for the one link
  • Set expiration date
  • Redemption limit

Advanced settings

  • Password protection
  • Email domain limiting
  • Enable 2FA
  • Shipping options
    • Fixed 
    • Recipient decides
    • Recipient decides from the list only
You can also set options like send on behalf.

4. After clicking “Continue” you’ll see your Send Summary. If everything looks correct, click on “Create One Link”.

5. You can copy the URL & password and send it to your potential recipients from the pop-up window.

6. The recipient must enter the correct password to access the link.

7. If the recipient includes an email that is not from the same domain that was established, they’ll get an error message.

8. After the recipient fills out their shipping address and adds the correct email address. They can click on “Continue”.

*NOTE: No package will be sent unless the link is filled out.
