- Please check the email associated with the shipment for any communication from the courier regarding customs clearance.
- Respond directly to the courier and provide any requested information.
- If the courier asks for something you're unfamiliar with or requests documentation from the shipper, forward the entire email thread to support@imprintengine.com
Address correction / reroute:
- If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact support@imprintengine.com and provide the corrected address details and we’ll coordinate the request with the courier.
