How to Use Search

1. Campaigns and Inventory

To find this section: Navigate to Assets Manager > Campaigns or Inventory.

  • Search Campaigns: Enter the campaign name in the search bar. This function is also available when placing a send.

  • Search Inventory: Enter the item name or SKU in the search bar.

2. Delivery Reports

To find this section: From your IEX Portal dashboard, click on Delivery Reports.

Search by:

  • Order ID
  • Receiver's Information (First Name, Last Name, or Email)
  • Sender's Information (First Name, Last Name, or Email)

Available Actions: Once a report is located, you can copy the tracking link and view the summary and overview information of the send.

3. Business Reasons

To find this section: Navigate to Assets Manager > Business Reasons .
  • Search by: Enter keywords into the search bar to find specific entries.
