We've made searching straightforward across different areas of the Portal.51

1. Finding Your Campaigns and Inventory Items:

Ready to locate that specific campaign or check on an inventory item?

  • Head over to: Assets Manager > then select either Campaigns or Inventory.

    • For Campaigns: Simply use the search bar to find campaigns by their name. You can also use this search when you're in the process of placing a send – handy, right?

    • For Inventory: Type the item name or SKU into the search bar. Easy peasy!

2. Tracking Down Delivery Report Details:

Need to look up information on a delivery? Our enhanced search has you covered.

  • Navigate to: Your IEX Portal dashboard and click on "Delivery Reports".55
  • You can search using a variety of details – take your pick!
    • Order ID
    • Receiver's Info: First Name, Last Name, or Email
    • Sender's Info: First Name, Last Name, or Email
  • There you can copy the link, see the Summary and the overview info of the send.56

3. Searching in Business Reasons:

Looking for specific details within your Business Reasons? You're in luck!

  • When you're in the Business Reasons section, you'll find a handy search bar.
  • Use it to type in keywords related to the information you need, making it quick and easy to find those specific entries.54
