Managing Departments and Budgets
This guide explains how Organization Admins can add, edit, and set budgets for departments within the IEX Portal
Accessing Department Management
To manage your departments, you must first navigate to the dashboard or sidebar.

Click the admin icon located in the top-right corner of the IEX Portal.

Select "Department Management" from the drop-down menu.
- A window will pop up from the right showing the departments and their budgets, as well as how much of the budget they have left from the total.
How to Add, Edit, and Set Budgets
From the Department Management window, you can perform the following actions:
To Add a New Department:

Click the "+" button.

Enter the
Department name
and theBudget limit
. -
Click "Save".
To Edit an Existing Department:

Locate the department you want to change in the list.

Click the Edit next to the department name.

Modify the
Name
or theBudget
and click "Save".
To Set a Department's Budget:

Find the department in the list.

Click the Edit next to the department name.

Enter the amount in the "Limit" field for that department.
- Click "Save" and the budget will save.
