Low Inventory Notification 🔔

Keep Calm, and don't worry about running out of inventory! We will notify you when you have less than 10 units left of an item.

Have you ever been in a situation where you are in a hurry to send something and suddenly realize you don't have that item available? Not with the IEX Platform!

You don't have to worry about running out of inventory again; we will notify you if you have less than 10 units of an item. 

We will inform you through an email how many items on your inventory are running low, and you will find attached a CSV file with detailed information about each of them.

This email will be sent to you the following morning after you start running low on an inventory item. If an item isn't restocked or deleted from the IEX Platform, you will get a reminder email every 2 weeks. 



NOTE: If you want to start receiving these emails, you can request it by sending an email to support@imprintengine.com

Additionally, you will also get a pop-up notification showing those aforementioned items. This message will appear once a day, but you can also snooze it for a week.

You can always access the list of low inventory items at Profile Menu > Low inventory:

Remember that you can still review your inventory in full detail on the inventory page. (Find more information on how to review your inventory here). If there's an item you will no longer restock and use, please contact your Brand Manager so we can remove it from your list.
