IEX Portal Quick Start Guide
Learn how to use the IEX Portal: Login, set up signatures, explore sending options (Single, Bulk, Direct, One Link), manage templates, and add users.
1. Account Login
If your organization uses G Suite or Outlook, please click on the "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Outlook" button at the bottom of the IEX Portal login page.
If not, use your email as your login and the password provided for your first time logging in.
If you want to change the password, select the "Forgot Password?". If you need to reset your password see here the step by step.
2. Signature set-up:
Customized email signatures can make your emails stand out. The IEX Portal allows you to add HTML signatures, including images, links, and other HTML objects.
3. Here are the 4 ways of sending
Single Sends:
Select this send type for personalized, single-recipient gift sends. This method is ideal when the gift is specifically for one person and isn't part of a recurring campaign or a bulk distribution.
Bulk Sends:
With the Bulk Send feature, you can maximize efficiency when sending gifts to many recipients. By uploading a CSV file containing their information, you can automate the process of sending individual gifts to your entire list.
Direct Sends:
Direct Send facilitates the shipment of your materials, including swag, products, and t-shirts, directly to the designated location of an event, expo, or tradeshow for immediate access upon arrival.
One Link Sends:
One Link Send is the perfect way to do a gifting campaign (either physical or digital) when you do not have the recipient/s information or don't want to bother with creating one.
With One Link, you can copy the link and send it directly to all your potential recipients, and they will fill out their details. Our system will gather the data and send the gifts without you having to do anything else.

4. You can give a 3 types of expirence:
Pick Your Gift option:
You can give your recipients the option to select which gift they would like to receive by selecting different Campaigns. The best case to use this feature is to provide them with different shirt sizes for apparel or choose one of the multiple gifts.
On the top-right side, click on the "Pick Your Gift" button.
Select the Campaigns (pre-set kits) you would like to include as your recipient options by clicking on the blue circle or each gift. It will turn into a purple checkmark once selected, and click on "Continue".
Send on behalf:
If you wish to send the gift and email on behalf of another user, the template will pull in that user's details and send it through their email address.
Delayed shipping:
This option works well when you are unsure of your recipient's delivery address and want them to fill out their information. This generates a link where the recipient can fill in the missing information.
Shipment information:
All of the sends are concentrated in the Delivery Reports, there you can track and see the status of your sends.
5. Templates
- In the Assets Manager, select Templates.
- Click on Add New Template and select "Handwritten Note" or "Email template".
- Enter the template name and type your message. You can add available tags that pull in the recipient/sender information accordingly. Once done, click on Add New Template.
- You are then able to access these templates after choosing your send. You can still edit the message for that order even when using the template, but it does not change the template itself.
6. Users:
- You may access this in the IEX Portal as an Organization Admin only.
- From the Home Menu or sidebar, click on Users.
- Select the Add New User button on the upper right.
- Fill in the required fields and click on Add New User.
