What user settings need to be changed in Hubspot to allow integration?

Super Admins would be able to integrate into Hubspot already.

  1. For non-Super Admins, you can go to your Hubspot Settings. Under Account Setup, click on Users and Teams. 

  2. Select the name of the non-Super Admin user that needs to integrate with the IEX Platform.

  3. Under CRM, Click on Object Access. The Edit Access should be at least "Owned Only", "Team Only" or "Everything".

  4. Click on CRM tools. Turn ON the Edit Property Settings option at the bottom and click Save.

  5. Next, click on the Account tab at the far right.

  6. Click on Settings, turn ON the App Marketplace Access option, and click Save.
