Keeping an Eye on Your Swag: How to Track Your Sends
Ever wonder about the journey of your swag after you hit "send"? With the Delivery Reports in the IEX Portal, you can say goodbye to guesswork! It’s your central hub for tracking the status of all your physical and digital sends, so you're always in the loop.
How to Find Your Delivery Reports
Getting to your reports is simple. Just click on "Delivery Reports" from the main menu or sidebar within the IEX Portal.
Understanding Your Report View
Once you're in, you can see what's happening with your sends.

For Organization Admins: If you have admin access, you can view reports for your entire Organization or filter down to see sends for Individual recipients.

Tracking Physical Sends: For tangible items, you'll see clear delivery statuses, such as
- Viewed: this status signifies that the recipient has opened the Claim Link that was sent.
- Awaiting Address: This status means that the process is on hold because the recipient's delivery address is missing or incomplete. The sender needs to provide the address before the item can be dispatched.
- In Production: It means that the order has been received and the process of preparing the item for shipment has begun.
- In Transit: This status indicates that the item is on its way to the recipient.
- Delivered: This status confirms that the shipment has reached its final destination.
- Canceled: This status indicates that the send request has been voided before the item was shipped or delivered.

Tracking Digital Sends: For gift cards and other digital items, the report shows whether your recipient has "Claimed" their gift.
