How to skip the CRM integrations
While Imprint Engine's integrations with CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot are powerful, you may occasionally need to send a gift to someone not in your CRM, or have users who don't have a CRM license. This guide explains how to enable and use the "Skip CRM" feature for specific sends.
When to Use This Feature
Enable this option for users who need to:

Send a gift to a recipient who is not in your connected CRM (e.g., a new prospect, a contest winner, a client's assistant).

Send gifts from an account that does not have a license for your organization's integrated CRM.

Complete a quick, one-off send that does not need to be logged in the CRM.
How to Enable "Skip CRM" for Your Users
This is a two-step process that requires a one-time activation by our support team and then configuration by your Organization Admin.
Step 1: One-Time Feature Activation
Before you can assign this permission, the feature must be enabled for your organization.

Action: Send an email to
support@imprintengine.com
and request to have the "Skip CRM" feature turned on for your IEX Portal.
Step 2: Assigning Permissions (for Organization Admins)
Once the feature is active, an Organization Admin can grant this permission to individual users.

Log in to your IEX Portal with an Organization Admin account.

Navigate to the Users page in your portal settings.

Locate the user(s) to whom you wish to grant this permission.

For the Table view click on the 3 dots.
- A pop-up window will open, then check the box labeled 'Allow Skip CRM'.
- A pop-up window will open, then check the box labeled 'Allow Skip CRM'.
- For the Grid view only check the box labeled 'Allow Skip CRM'
