How to skip the CRM integrations

Imprint Engine allows you to integrate your IEX Platform with other CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gmail. But what if you don't want or need these integrations for one or several sends? You can skip them.

Integrations can bring a lot of benefits. With the help of systems integration, data accessibility becomes easier for people, you can improve communication, optimize processes, and overall, improve productivity. 

Imprint Engine allows you to integrate your IEX Platform with other CRMs.  But what if you need to send a gift to someone outside your CRM every once in a while? Or what if one of your users does not have a license to your CRM? You can skip the CRM integrations and select which users within your organization are able to do so. 

How does it work?

First, request for this feature to be turned on for your organization by sending an email to support@imprintengine.com

Once the feature is ON, you can choose which user within your organization will be able to skip the CRM step. You need to go to the users' page, look for the user, and set the 'Allow Skip CRM' checkbox to on. 

The selected users will now be able to skip the CRM step the next time they are in any of the send flows.
