How to send a "Pick Your Item"

You are now able to give your recipient the option to choose between different attributes within an item. A great example is to create a "Pick your item" for the recipient to select color, size, or any other item variation for a T-shirt

With our new "Pick your item" feature, we grant the recipient a unique experience by allowing them to personalize an item and adapt it further to their needs.

In contrast to the Pick Your Gift feature, in which we offer our recipient to select between two or more campaigns, we now allow the recipient to choose different variations of a single item within a campaign.

For example, let's say you want to give your recipient the option to choose one of the different colors of mugs. Or maybe you want them to select a color for the T-shirt, but also you don't know their sizes . . . here is where this new feature comes in handy!


To create a "pick your item",  you must have the inventory of each item (and its variations) that supports the multiple options for your send. To add items to your inventory, please contact your Brand Manager.

The process of sending a physical campaign through the IEX Platform containing a "pick your item" is the same as a regular physical campaign send.

(Please note that the campaigns containing "pick your item" will have a numerous box icon at the bottom left)

 

  • After we place the order, the receiver will get an email with a link to select between the multiple options of the item.

  • The receiver will have to select the desired option and confirm the address.

  • Once this form is completed, the order will be confirmed.
