How to Review your Inventory?

Tired of manually tracking your stock? With the IEX Portal, you can review and download your inventory information in real-time, eliminating the need for manual calculations.

Accessing Your Inventory:

To view your current inventory, simply navigate to: Assets Manager > Inventory

Once on the Inventory page, you will find the current inventory count at the top left of each item listed.

Understanding Low Inventory Alerts:

To help you prevent stockouts, the system provides clear visual cues:

• A yellow "warning" icon will appear in the upper left corner of an item's view under two conditions:
  • The item has fewer units remaining in stock than the set threshold (which is 10 by default).
  • The item allows preorders and currently has zero stock.

• A red "warning" icon will appear in the upper left corner of an item's view under one condition:
  • The item currently has zero stock.

• Box with green Checkmark: Pre-order is enabled for this item.

• Additionally, you will receive an in-portal pop-up notification whenever an item's count drops below the threshold.

Searching for Specific Items:

Easily locate any product within your inventory by using the search functionality. You can search for items by their name or by their SKU. The SKU for each item can be found directly within your downloaded Inventory report.

Filter for Specific Items:

You can filter your inventory by:

• Type: All, Physical, Digital or MSKU (Multiple Stock Keeping Unit)
• Items that allow Preorder
• Filter by department
• Filter by Fulfillment center

Downloading Your Inventory Report:

For a comprehensive overview, you can download a detailed inventory report. This report provides a convenient CSV file with details as:

• SKU
• Name
• Description
• Image URL
• Departments
• Price
• Count (Stock)
• Fulfillment Center
• Color
• Size
• Gender
• Preorder allowed(Y/N)
• Low Stock Threshold
