How to Put an Order on Hold

Learn how to place an order on hold and schedule it for a future send date. This step-by-step guide shows you how to easily plan your shipments in advance.

The "Put on Hold" feature allows you to place an order now and schedule it to be sent on a specific date in the future. This is ideal for planning sends in advance or coordinating delivery for when your recipient is available.

How to Schedule Your Send

You can schedule a future send date for any order type, including single, bulk direct or one link sends, during the final step of the checkout process in the Send summary section.

  1. Follow the standard process to create your single or bulk send order.

  2. Proceed to the Send summary page before placing the order.

  3. Locate the Put on Hold option on the right side of the screen.

  4. Activate the feature by clicking the toggle switch.

  5. A calendar will appear. Select the future date on which you want the order to be sent.

  6. Place your order as usual.

Once submitted, the order will be held in our system and automatically processed for shipment on the date you selected.
