      How to create a Custom Send

      The "Custom Send" feature allows you to create a one-off send kit by choosing from any of your existing inventory items. You can customize your kit from scratch or start from an existing campaign.

      When we create a campaign in your IEX Platform is because you intend to send it regularly or you want to send it to multiple recipients. A great example is a "New Hire Kit", where you send the campaign to every new hire within your company. 

      But what if you want to create a new send different from any existing campaign? 

      The Custom Send feature allows you to create a one-off send kit by choosing from any of your existing inventory items. You will be able to adjust the quantity and add or delete items.


      To start a custom send click on "Create Send". 

      You will have two options to customize your kit

      Option 1 - Starting from scratch: Create a Custom send from scratch by clicking "Custom Send"

      Option 2 - Starting from an existing campaign: Create a custom send starting from an existing campaign by selecting the campaign and then clicking on the top right button "Edit send"


      With either option, you will be able to see all the items from your existing inventory. Add any item to your custom send by clicking the "plus" sign on each desired item. 


      During the item selection process, you will be able to see your kit by selecting "added items" or on the cart icon shown at the top right corner of your screen. There, you will be able to adjust the quantity, delete items, or mark them as hidden inventory. 

      Once you have completed your customized kit, click continue. You must follow the normal send process from that point until you place the order. (See here)
