How to create a Custom Send

Campaigns in the IEX Portal are typically designed for regular shipments or items sent to multiple recipients (e.g., a "New Hire Kit" sent to every new employee). However, there are times when you may need to create a unique, one-off shipment that differs from your standard campaigns.

The Custom Send feature allows you to build a unique kit by selecting items directly from your inventory. You can adjust quantities, add new items, or remove unnecessary ones.

This feature is available for the following send types:

• Single Send

• Bulk Send

• One Link Send

Step-by-Step Guide

Follow the steps below to create a Custom Send:

1. Select Your Send Type: To begin, click on your preferred send type (Single Send, Bulk Send, or One Link Send) from the dashboard.

2. Choose Your Starting Point: In the section labeled "Pick your send," you have two options for building your kit:

• Option 1: Start from Scratch Click the Custom Send tile located at the top left of your grid. This allows you to build a completely new kit using individual inventory items.

• Option 2: Start from an Existing Campaign Select an existing campaign that is similar to what you want to send, then click the Edit Send button in the top right corner. This pre-loads the campaign items so you can modify them.

3. Add and Manage Items Regardless of which option you choose, you will be redirected to the "Add items to the send" page, which displays your full inventory.

• Add Items: Click the + (plus) sign on any item to add it to your Custom Send.

• Review Kit: To view your selected items, click the Added items tab or the Bag icon in the top right corner of the screen.

• Review Total Price: To view your total cost you can view it in the top right corner of the screen.

• Adjust Details: In the review section, you can adjust quantities, delete items, or mark items as "Hidden"

4. Finalize the Order Once your customized kit is complete, click Continue. Follow the standard checkout prompts to finalize and place your order.
