How does Delayed Shipping work?

Not sure of the delivery address of your recipient? Don't worry! With our Delayed Shipping feature, we create a unique link for each recipient.

  1. In the IEX Platform, click on Create Send.

  2. Pick your send and click Continue.

  3. Type in your recipient's First and Last name, and then turn on the "Delayed Shipping" function ON.

  4. Select one of the templates or type a message for your recipient for the handwritten notecard and emails (if desired). Otherwise, you can skip those steps.                                                                                                                     

  5. Click on Continue and Create your send.
  6. If you didn't include the recipient's email, you can copy the shipping page link and send it directly so he can fill in the missing information. 

  7. After your desired recipient fills in the address, they have to click on Confirm, and it will automatically be updated and sent into a new order. The package will be sent, and you will receive an email notification.


*NOTE: No package will be sent unless the link is filled out.
