How do I send gifts on behalf of another user?
This feature allows you to send gifts on behalf of other users in your IEX Portal. The configuration process depends on the type of Send you are creating.
For a Single Send
Follow these steps to send a single gift on behalf of another user:

Begin the standard process to create a new Single Send.

In the Shipment Information section, locate the Sender Options menu in the top-right corner.

Toggle the Send on Behalf option to
'ON'. This will activate the Choose Sender search bar.-
Note: When this option is
'ON', the gift is sent on behalf of the selected user. When'OFF', it is sent on your behalf.

In the Choose Sender search bar, select the user you wish to send the gift on behalf of. The list will only display active users in your portal.

Continue with the remaining steps and click Create Send to finish. The portal will use the selected user's details to identify them as the sender in all system information and recipient communications.

For a One Link Send
Follow these steps to create a One Link Send on behalf of another user:

Begin the standard process to create a new One Link Send.

In the Configuration section, locate the Sender Options menu in the top-right corner.

Toggle the Send on Behalf option to
'ON'. This will activate the Choose Sender search bar.-
Note: When this option is
'ON', the gift is sent on behalf of the selected user. When'OFF', it is sent on your behalf.

In the Choose Sender search bar, select the user you wish to send the gift on behalf of. The list will only display active users in your portal.

Continue with the remaining steps and click Create One Link to finish. The portal will use the selected user's details to identify them as the sender.

For a Bulk Send
For a Bulk Send, the sender is assigned within the spreadsheet template:

Begin the standard process for creating a new Bulk Send.

Open the spreadsheet template used for the bulk upload.

In the first column, labeled Sender Email*, enter the email address of the user who should appear as the sender for that specific row's recipient.

Ensure that each email address provided in this column belongs to a registered and active user in the IEX Portal.

Complete the rest of the spreadsheet and the Bulk Send process, then click Create Send to finish.
