How do I integrate with Salesforce?

When your organization's CRM integration has been set up, users are required to add their CRM integration before creating any sends.

You only need to do it once through the IEX Platform

  1. Once you log in, click on the Integration Options on the sidebar or the main page.

  2. Click on "Add Integration" under the Salesforce logo.

  3. You'll be asked to log in to your Salesforce account, follow Salesforce SSO steps, and grant permissions.


    If you see a green checkmark under the icon - you have successfully integrated.
