How do I integrate with Salesforce as a User?

When your organization's CRM integration has been set up, users must add their CRM integration before creating any sends. Learn how to integrate your Salesforce with the IEX Portal. This step-by-step guide walks you through the simple, one-time setup process.

You only need to do it once through the IEX Portal

  1. Once you log in, click on the Integration Options on the sidebar or the main page.

  2. Click on "Add Integration" under the gray Salesforce logo.

  3. You'll be asked to log in to your Salesforce account, follow Salesforce SSO steps, and grant permissions.

  4. If you see a green checkmark under the Salesforce icon, you have successfully integrated.
