How do I integrate with HubSpot as a User?

When your organization's CRM integration has been set up, users must add their CRM integration before creating any sends. Learn how to integrate your HubSpot with the IEX Portal. This step-by-step guide walks you through the simple, one-time setup process.

You only need to do it once through the IEX Portal

  1. Once you log in, click on the Integration Options on the sidebar or the main page.

  2. Click on "Add Integration" under the HubSpot logo.

  3. Log in to your HubSpot account and click on your company account.

  4. It will then ask you to allow app access.

  5. If you see a green checkmark under the icon, you have successfully integrated.
