How do I integrate my email with the IEX Portal?

You only need to do it once through the IEX Portal.

1. Log in to the IEX Portal.

2. Navigate to Integration Options from the sidebar or the main page.

   

3. Click on Add Integration button under the Gmail or Outlook logo (You will only see one of them, depending on what email system your company uses).

   

4. You will be redirected to your email provider's login page. Enter your credentials to sign in.

   

5.  Follow the on-screen prompts to grant the IEX Portal permission to access your account.

   

The integration is successful when a green checkmark appears under the email icon in the IEX Portal.
