How do I check if my CRM integration is working?

In the IEX Platform, go to "Create Send" and select a campaign to send.

  1. In the Shipment Information, there should be a Lookup Contact field for you to enter your recipient's name.

  2. Typing the first few letters should show you a pick list of the different contacts in your database to select from.

  3. Once selected, the contact information should auto-populate in their respective fields. You may add/edit the information that's been filled out before clicking Continue. If there are empty fields, you have to check the contact's information on your CRM.
