How do I check if my CRM integration is working?

You can easily verify that your CRM integration is active and pulling contact data by following these steps in the IEX Portal. A successful test confirms that the connection is working correctly.

  1. In the IEX Portal, go to "Create Send" and select a campaign to be send.

  2. On the Shipment Information screen, locate the Lookup Contact field.

  3. Begin typing the first few letters of a recipient's name from your CRM into the field. A dropdown list of matching contacts should appear.

    Note: The appearance of this list confirms that the IEX Portal is successfully communicating with your CRM.

  4. Select a contact from the list. The contact's information (e.g., name, address) should automatically populate the corresponding fields.
  5. You may add or edit the auto-populated information before clicking Continue.

If no contacts appear when you type, or if fields are empty after selecting a contact, please check the contact's record in your CRM to ensure their information is complete and up-to-date.
