How do I check if my CRM integration is working?

Learn how to quickly check if your CRM integration is working. Follow these simple steps in the IEX Portal to verify that contact information is syncing correctly.

In the IEX Portal, go to "Create Send" and select a campaign to be send.

  1. In the Shipment Information, there should be a Lookup Contact field for you to enter your recipient's name.

  2. Typing the first few letters should show you a pick list of the different contacts in your database to select from.

  3. Once selected, the contact information should auto-populate in their respective fields. You may add/edit the information that's been filled out before clicking Continue

If there are empty fields, you must check the contact's information on your CRM
