How do addresses have to be arranged in the Bulk Send template?

Learn how to correctly format recipient addresses in the Bulk Send template. This guide details the requirements for each address column to ensure successful delivery.

In the Bulk Send template, columns E through J are designated for recipient addresses. To ensure successful delivery, it is crucial to enter this information correctly into the specified columns.

Address Field Requirements

Please enter the recipient's address information into the following dedicated columns as they appear in the spreadsheet:

  • Address 1: The primary street address (e.g., 123 Main Street).

  • Address 2: The secondary address information, such as an apartment, unit, or suite number (e.g., Apt 4B, Suite 100).

  • City: The city name.

  • State/Region: The state, province, or region.

    • This field is required for all shipments to the United States and Canada. It is not required for most other international shipments.

  • Postal/ZIP Code: The postal code or ZIP code.

  • Country: The recipient's country.

    • This field is always required.
