Digital Wallet and Low Funds Notification 🔔

Don't run out of digital wallet funds anymore! See how you can view the balance in your Digital Wallet and how we will notify you when your account is running low on funds.

You can find your current Digital Wallet balance by clicking on your admin icon at the top right of the IEX Platform. 

And don't worry about running low on digital funds. By default, we will email the organization admin to notify them when the account's digital wallet goes to $100 or lower funds available. If you want to modify this default amount to any other preferred amount, please email us at support@imprintengine.com

You will also be able to turn off this mailing notification on your admin icon:

To reload the digital wallet, please email us to that same support email, including the amount you want to load to your digital wallet. 

Please note that reloading the digital wallet may take 2-3 business days.
