We are excited to announce the latest addition to our IEX Platform user experience, our Feedback Form!

Your feedback is extremely valuable to us as it helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve. From now on, all users can express their thoughts, rate our services, and provide specific comments on the platform. We encourage you to be as detailed as possible to help us gain a comprehensive understanding of your experiences and provide the best possible service. 

To leave feedback:

1. Click on your admin icon at the top right of the IEX Platform. 

   

2. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on the “Leave Feedback” option. 

   

3. Select a Feedback type, write your message, and click on “Submit Feedback”.
