Creating a Direct Send allows you to send items in your inventory to a specific location, without having to include an email message or creating a link.
Click "Direct Send" on the IEX portal dashboard.
Next, you'll be able to select which items from inventory you want to include with your Direct Send. Select the items you want to send and click continue.
You'll now be able to see the items you added and adjust the quantities if needed.
After you've confirmed the items and their quantities are correct, click continue. After clicking continue from the product selection screen, you'll enter in the address of your shipping destination.
Once complete, click continue. You'll be taken to the confirmation screen below.
You'll be able to confirm the details of your direct send. You have the ability to add a business reason or an internal note to your send, which will be available in your reporting. You can also place the send on hold, in case you want to delay the shipment.
After clicking "Create Send", you'll receive a confirmation of your Direct Send. You'll see the status of your Direct Send in the Delivery Reports area.
