Tracking the status of your sends

No matter the send type, you have ability to track the status of the send within the IEX portal.

You can track your sends by selecting Delivery Reports in the IEX Platform.

If you have admin access, you can choose to view by Organization or Individual recipients.

For Physical Sends, you can see the delivery status of your packages such as In Transit or Delivered.

For Digital Sends, you'll see whether or not your recipient has claimed their gift card.
