How do I track the status of my sends?

You can track your sends by selecting Delivery Reports in the IEX Platform.

If you have admin access, you can choose to view by Organization or Individual recipients.

For Physical Sends, you can see the delivery status of your packages such as In Transit or Delivered.

For Digital Sends, you'll see whether or not your recipient has claimed their gift card.


For more details, you can click into each order to review the recipient information,  items, links, messages, and notes.
