How do I send multiple address collection/delayed shipping links?

This is similar to sending address collection links for a bulk physical send.

You can make a copy of the Bulk Engagement Template to edit in Google Sheets or download it, but you will always need to upload it into the IEX Platform in a CSV format.

To help you fill out the template, here is the description of each column and how they have to be filled out:

  1. Login to the IEX Platform 

  2. Click on “Create Bulk Send”

  3. Pick your send

  4. Choose a note card template or type in your message and click on “Continue” You may also Skip this Step if you do not have a note card in your chosen send

  5. If you wish to send the links directly from the portal, you may choose a template or edit your email message and click on Continue. If you wish to send the links outside the portal, you may click on Skip this Step

  6. Upload your .csv file 

  7. Click on “Create Sends”

  8. If you skip the email step, you must send those links directly to the recipients. You can get the links for all engagements by following the steps outlined in this article: How do I download my delivery report?

  9. After your recipients fill out their addresses, they just have to click on “Confirm” and it will automatically be updated and sent into a new order.
