How do I send multiple address collection/delayed shipping links?

This guide explains how to send multiple "Address Collection" or "Delayed Shipping" links at once using a bulk CSV upload in the IEX Portal. This process is ideal when you need to send physical items to recipients but do not have their shipping addresses yet.

1. Prepare Your CSV File

Before you begin, you must prepare a CSV file with your recipient information. You can use our template to ensure your file is formatted correctly.

  • Get the Template: Make a copy of the Bulk Template in Google Sheets or download a local version.

  • Format: Regardless of how you edit the file, you must save and upload it to the IEX Portal in CSV format.

Use the following descriptions to fill out each column in the template accurately.

2. Create the Bulk Send in the IEX Portal

Once your CSV file is ready, follow these steps to upload it and create your sends.

  1. Log in to the IEX Portal.

  2. In the main navigation, click Create Bulk Send.

  3. Select the Campaign(s) or items for your custom send.

  4. In the Write Your Email section, choose one of two options:

    • Send links from the portal: Select an email template or compose a new message, then click Continue. The portal will email a unique link to each recipient.145

    • Send links yourself: Click the check box of Skip this step if you plan to distribute the links outside the IEX Portal (e.g., via your own email client or messaging app).146

  5. Upload your completed CSV file.

  6. Click Create Sends to finish the process.

3. How to Retrieve Links (If You Skipped the Email Step)

If you  skip the email step, you must retrieve the unique links and send them to your recipients. There are two ways to access these links:

  • Immediate Download: After your upload is processed, download the Successful_Sends.csv file from the Send Results in the top right of your screen. This report contains all the order details, with the unique Order ID and Link for each recipient in the final two columns.Knowledge Base-Oct-23-2025-09-23-35-8155-PM147-1

  • Delivery Report: You can also find the links for all engagements by downloading a full delivery report. For instructions, please see our article: How do I download my delivery report?

4. The Recipient Experience

After a recipient receives their unique link and clicks on it, they will be prompted to enter their shipping address. Once they fill out the form and click Confirm, their address is automatically saved, and a new order is created for fulfillment.
