How do I create a bulk digital send?

Complete it with the required information found in the table below.

Once done, save/download your document as a CSV file ready for use.

  1. Login to: IEX Platform     

  2. Click on “Create Bulk Send”

  3. Pick your Digital Send

  4. Choose a note card template or type in your message and click on “Continue” You may also Skip this Step if you do not have a note card in your chosen send

  5. If you wish to send the links directly from the portal, you may choose a template or edit your email message and click on Continue. If you wish to send the links outside the portal, you may click on Skip this Step

  6. Upload your .csv file 

  7. Click on “Create Sends”

  8. If you skip the email step, you must send those links directly to the recipients. You can get the links for all engagements by following the steps outlined in this article: How do I download my delivery report?
